Personal Training Sessions are limited to:
- INSTRUCTION of CORRECT EXERCISE TECHNIQUE
- REHABILITATION EXERCISES after injuries
- CORE-STABILITY TRAINING
To stay fit and healthy a certain amount of regular
exercise is absolutely necessary. It does not need a lot of
equipment and you do not necessarily
need to join a gym.
Correct exercise technique can make all
the difference between staying healthy and active or injuring yourself.
With my experience as a Physiotherapist,
Aerobics and Fitball Instructor, Personal Trainer
and Back Education Instructor, I focus
on the quality of the
exercise before the increase of
repetitions and weight to provide the base for safe and
enjoyable training. Soon you will be able to profit from my
new accumulating knowledge during my current education as a
POLESTAR-PILATES INSTRUCTOR for rehabilitation exercises.
